At Koa Strength and Fitness in Oak Ridge, I specialize in 1on1 personal training designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live longer. Koa Strength and Fitness is owned by incredible people(Kelley & Pete Rubish) who would love to welcome you as a member, but membership isn’t required to work with me. I also offer stretching classes at Koa to enhance flexibility and mobility, helping you feel and move your best.
In addition to personal training, I lead group fitness classes, including high-energy, total-body kickboxing sessions with Krav Maga techniques at Kick & Fit Club in Knoxville, TN. These calorie-burning workouts are a fun way to stay active and challenge your body in a supportive group environment.
